Hi!! Hello there!!! Before I move further with this, I want to tell you all that this is a 7-8 tune playlist that I made while roaming around Chandigarh with my friends. Trust me, these melodies are a legitimate jammer, and I recommend you to go and once play them while you are going in a vehicle on full volume. Likewise, a big shout out to all my friends, who fought with me the entire time in the car to play their melodies (I don’t let any other person become the DJ, lol) and acquainted me with these tunes. Additionally, a disclaimer that you most likely would be knowing a couple or all songs in this rundown; however, you can listen to them again, right! So here it goes…
• Hey Ya! From Kartik Calling Kartik
The song is probably in every reel possibly made on Insta, but you just smile every time you hear this song. I’m damn sure you grinned or perhaps sang a line or two of this tune the second you read the name or possibly will play this after getting done with perusing. All things considered, attempt to listen to this tune in the car, and you will feel an abrupt peppy vibe. According to me, two thoughts come to peoples’ mind when they hear it. First, if you are driving with your friends. in that case, there is an inclination of happiness seeing them together. You think, “tumhe kaise main btayu kya main pa gaya hu, tum jo mere sath ho.” Or second, you probably smile and groove a bit in the car with this song thinking about that one person who made your world go round and round….hehe, XD(for me, it is definitely the former). But thank you, Instagram, for bringing back this song in trend.
• Tuesday (ft. Danelle Sandoval) (Burak Yeter)
I would like to thank the person who introduced me to this amazing song because guys, trust me, this is the best song to play in the car or at a party, especially when people make you the DJ. The beats of this song are unmatchable. It’s a very catchy song, and within 5 seconds, I can bet everyone will be grooving and will be moving their heads along the tune beats. It’s an exceptionally appealing song, so to say. Playing this song can make you the star boy/girl. Vo kehte hai na “Impression on point” hoga. It hits you differently when you are a bit tipsy or drunk. Also, do let me know what this lady says before “Tuesday” since I am too lazy to google it.
• Goodbye (feat. Lyse) (Feder)- Slow Version
Well, thanks to qualiteapost on Instagram. Unquestionably, the moment you play it, you will feel like some criminal or boss heading to finish some mission, or you may picture your entrance on this tune or when you get off the vehicle. It sort of becomes background music for various circumstances in your head. There are no verses, simply the beats and woahh!!! They are lethal. I would energetically prescribe to play this tune around evening time on a highway or free street while driving. This song makes you feel evil for some weird reason.
• Woman (Mumford and Sons)
I want to say it out loud and thank one and only Samyukta Shankar for introducing me to this song. The manner in which this man has sung “I can’t read your mind although I am trying all the time oh oh oh…..there is something I don’t know I can see it in your eyes oh oh oh” and the amazing verses hits you so hard that you need to listen to it on repeat. I would recommend playing this melody in full volume around evening time and simply look outside the window; it’s magical (to me, at least). The lyrics are amazing. You can’t just get over the lyrics for a very long time because you can sense that fun in his voice throughout the song. Also, Boys, Listen Up!!! You can play this song while driving with the girl you want to propose to or want to tell her about your feeling or even hint at her (well, I feel this is the best song to dedicate to the woman you adore). Additionally, this can be a party song when you are done dancing and everybody is just sitting and chatting.
• Best Punjabi Songs to play in the car
Apologies for making a separate heading specifically for this. But well, what’s the fun going in a car if you do not play Punjabi songs. Playing “Brown Munde” is mandatory these days the moment you sit in the car. I know everyone knows this song, but the joy of yelling at the top of your lungs “Brown Munde” with all the people in the car is just wow!!! Though no one knows the lyrics, it gives you a full-on jatt vibe sitting in the car, and you think, “shit yaar! Kurta pehena chaiye tha”. Another song is “Horn Blow by Hardy Sandhu.” Don’t get creeped out by this song, please. The name itself says it’s a song made to be played in car only. Include “Backbone by Hardy Sandhu,” “G.O.A.T by Diljit Dosanjh,” and “Putt Jatt Da by Diljit Dosanjh” in the list as well. I would give a 10/10 to these Punjabi songs.
• Fado (Milky Chance)
This, I believe, is the best milky chance has come up with. I miss jumping in car with my friends when he sings, “this is Fado.” A complete party song and gives a proper peppy vibe.
• Roses (Gashi)
Hell yes, she doesn’t like roses. A song very close to my heart. Give it a shot. You might get bored after some time, but you will surely enjoy it for the first 10-15 times. This song, I feel, doesn’t need more appreciation because all you need to do is open the link and listen to it once. You will love it, I am sure.
• Alibi (Mansionair)
I would like to thank my brother for introducing me to Mansionair. This song is just different, I feel when it comes to beats, and it gives me chills every time I hear “Thought you’ll be my alibi,” and then the beat starts. It is an amazing song. You can also listen to heartbeat by the same singer. Though it is slow, it feels good in the car.
• Lost in the Wild (Walk the Moon)
If you have watched kissing booth 2 and have crushed over Marco for quite some time, you must have heard this song and probably included it in your playlist. A very energetic song. You feel like doing the crazy dance on this song—a highly recommended song when traveling with friends.
I hope you will like these songs and recommend them to your friends and be the best car DJ. If you don’t like the recommended songs, change your taste. Just kidding, if you don’t like them, then do suggest to me a couple of songs you like when driving in the car. Let’s make it a two-way street XD.
