As reported by Legally India, Archana Khosla, an alumnus of Army Institute of Law, Mohali has quit Economic Law Practices (ELP), Mumbai along with partner Vinayak Burman and associate partner Amit Vyas to start up her own firm – VERTICES PARTNERS.
Archana Khosla specialises in corporate commercial and private equity, and has mentored and advised several start-ups and worked on M&A, joint ventures, and angel, seed, venture capital and private equity inestments.
She was a senior associate at ELP for six years, having begun her career in the Supreme Court with litigation and thereafter with AZB & Partners in Mumbai after graduating from Army Institute of Law Mohali.
