Garima Bhadoria, Batch of 2021, has been promoted to Senior Associate at Bajaj Allianz General Insurance, Pune.
When asked about her experience, she said that since it was her first step into the real corporate world, it has been a great learning experience, both, professionally and personally. She added, “The most important qualities that I’ve developed here are resilience and patience and these qualities help you in every aspect of your life. So I’m very thankful.”
As a senior executive of the specialised claims vertical of her organization, she is handling two of the most demanding locations of her company, i.e. Delhi NCR and Rajasthan. She is the Head office coordinator for these locations. Every consumer litigation that is registered against the company in courts of these locations is supervised by her and the entire line of action in each and every case is given by her.
