Ananya Puri (Batch of 2022) has joined Ernst & Young (EY) as a Project Consultant in their Business Consulting Risk Team, Gurugram office.
She had applied to the firm through LinkedIn in May which subsequently led to her application being shortlisted for the role. She was then interviewed by the firm’s representatives and thereafter had to undergo a background check for her qualifications.
Upon completion of these assessments, the alumna received an offer letter affirming her position.
When approached for any tips or pieces of advice that she’d like to share for her juniors, she placed emphasis on the network that LinkedIn can build. She maintained that spending as little as 15 minutes every day can do wonders for professional growth, as well as grant general awareness of the kind of opportunities available nowadays. Connecting with your alumni and others in the same industry on a professional platform allows you to explore more avenues as per your inclinations.
