Pragati Sharma (Batch of 2016) has started a new position as Principal Associate in the Dispute Resolution practice at the Mumbai office of Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas from April, 2022. Her practice extensively focuses on white collar crimes and those dealing with international economic sanctions, regulatory enforcement and related technology law issues. She began her journey at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas as an Associate in 2018. Later, she took over as a Senior Associate in the same firm and dealt with cases dealing with criminal law, anti-bribery, money laundering, litigation, and arbitration, among others.
Prior to this she practiced white-collar criminal defence before the Delhi High Court before moving on to the Office of the Special Prosecutor for the Enforcement Directorate in Delhi in 2018.
