Trisha Mukherjee (Class of 2020) has been admitted to the banking and financial law program at Boston University School of Law which will begin in spring 2022. The field of banking and finance covers corporate finance, lending, and compliance programs, as well as the regulation of financial institutions.
The program has never been more relevant than it is right now. The legal and regulatory framework of the financial system has been altered and improved as a result of recent financial market upheavals. Financial services attorneys who understand the foundations of the sector as well as the legal and supervisory framework in which it functions will have plenty of chances in the future.
She has been working as Deputy Legal Manager- Litigation and TP Claims, at HDFC ERGO General Insurance. Previously, she had also interned at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co., and Fox and Mandal Solicitors and Advocates.
