Nishant Sharma and Mayank Sharma have been successfully placed at ICICI Bank as Management Trainees through Campus Placement Drive for the batch of 2022.
As part of the selection process, they had to fill a google form through which they sent their CV. Nearly 38 students applied, 6 CVs got shortlisted. After CV Shortlisting, students appeared for a psychometric test.
Due to the pandemic, there was a little change in the selection process. There used to be a Group Discussion Round before Interviews but this time recruiters considered canceling it owing to the pandemic.’
After the test, they faced their final interviews which lasted for around 20 to 25 minutes. In the interview, they were asked questions related to their CV, banking laws, and other general laws.
