Amrita Tonk (Batch of 2010) has been added to the Executive Committee at Luthra &Luthra Partners.
Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India has a total of 60 partners and more than 300 members. The litigation practice group is active in commercial disputes, and has expertise in energy, oil and gas, competition and consumer protection cases.
Ma’am has been working as a Dispute Resolution Partner at Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India since March 2021 where she has been advising and representing clients in disputes pertaining to White-Collar Crimes including Corporate frauds, Banking and Finance, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, Arbitration, Suits for recovery, Property Disputes, Consumer Laws, and Intellectual Property among other matters.
She has previously also served as a Metropolitan Magistrate under Delhi Judicial Services from May 2013 to January 2018 and has held criminal courts at Patiala House and Tis Hazari Courts.
