Viraj Singh (Batch of 2021) joined Sagar Chandra & Associates as an Associate. His office is in Panscheel Park, Delhi. Previously he was working as an associate at Chadha & Chadha.
The selection process consists of three rounds in total. The first round was a telephonic interview with a Senior Associate where he was asked general questions about himself and his interest in intellectual property. After clearing the first round, he had a technical interview with one of the partners where he was asked about his past experience and the tasks he was handed at Chadha & Chadha and a few more related questions. The third round was divided into two parts—first, there was a drafting test and after that, there was an interview with the founding partners, Mr Sagar Chandra and Ms Ishani Chandra, and other members of the core committee, whereafter an extensive discussion he was offered the job.
During his time in law school, he interned at various reputed firms, including Dua Associates, Saikrishna & Associates and J. Sagar Associates.
