Prateek Bhakuni (Batch of 2012) has joined Khaitan & Co. as Assistant Manager, Strategy. Khaitan & Co. is one of India’s oldest and most recognised full-service law firms.
Previously, he had been an officer in the Indian Army for nine years with six years of experience in the Judge Advocate General Department of the Indian Army. He has served the Indian Army in its administrative and combat branches where he has been a part of field operations in highly active military zones.
He also has two years of experience in litigation through the High Court of Delhi, where he practised Military Law, Contract Law, Service Matters and Family Law. Prior to litigation, he had worked a year as an in-house counsel.
