Shweta Singh recently got placed at Mind Merchants, Gurgaon.
A four stage selection process was followed. The first was an assessment pertaining to compliance, the department that she will finally be working in, which included tests based on contract drafting. This was followed by a telephonic interview related to law. The third stage had assessments directly related to the compliance department. The last stage was a telephonic interview on miscellaneous topics relating to law. She successfully completed all the four stages getting herself this placement offer.
