In early 2016, Archana Khosla, an alumnus of Army Institute of Law Mohali, had quit Economic Law Practices (ELP) Mumbai, along with partner Vinayak Burman and associate partner Amit Vyas to start her own firm, VERTICES PARTNERS.
According to the recent Venture Intelligence League Table rankings, her year old firm was ranked 4th in the country alongside major players such as AZB & Partners, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, Khaitan & Co. etc. These rankings were calculated by taking into account PE and M&A transactions, advised by the Transaction and Legal Authority firms during the calendar year.
