Harsimrat Thind from the Batch of 2012-2017, got selected to Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Patiala to pursue her LLM degree.
She believes that LLM is primarily an option for UGC aspirants and in order to prepare for such a competitive exam she found it better to stay closer to home leading to her choice of choosing RGNUL over National Law University, Jodhpur and others.
RGNUL offers courses in business law, criminal law, constitution law and international law. So when it came to subject choices, she narrowed down her choices to International Law and Constitutional Law, ultimately deciding on Constitutional Law as her LLM subject. After pursuing the year long course, she wishes to give an attempt at UGC and pursue PhD.
