Three of our alumni have cleared the civil services examination. The Blue Pencil team congratulates them and feels proud to be the carrier of this news. The civil services examination is conducted by the UPSC annually in three stages – preliminary, mains and interview – to select candidates for the elite Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Foreign Service (IFS) and Indian Police Service (IPS), apart from other allied services. The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) declared the final result of Civil Services Examination 2015 last Tuesday.
