Prabal Mehrotra (Batch of 2012) has been promoted to Counsel in the Dispute Resolution practice group at Khaitan & Co.’s NCR office. He is one of eleven counsels to be promoted from Associate by the firm across all its offices.
The alumni has been a part of the company since 2016, where he has garnered expertise in advising clients on litigation. Additionally, he also has an expansive practice before various Indian Courts and Tribunals.
He also specialises in both Corporate and Commercial, as well as Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity.
