The book has been published by Taxmann Publications and provides a comprehensive section-wise commentary on the Competition Act, 2002. It provides an insight into the current trends and challenges of competition law practice in the Indian context. Competition law, being a niche subject in the country, the objective of the authors has been to provide an extensive guide on the subject and how it has evolved in the country, in contrast to other major jurisdictions.
