Shashank Vikram Singh (Class of 2010) has been promoted to the post of Principal Associate at J. Sagar Associates, Mumbai.
He joined JSA as an Associate in 2015.
During the course of his practice he has advised domestic and international project developers, private equity fund lenders, institutional investors and multilateral and bilateral agencies on private equity investments, joint ventures and strategic acquisitions etc. His practice covers the entire gamut of investments and acquisitions in Energy and Infrastructure projects.
