The PECFEST 2017, was organised from 27th-29th October 2017. Colleges from all across tri-city went on to give each other tough competition.
Shivalik Thaman (4th Year) participated in the Punjabi Debate and was awarded the first prize while Nikhil Deora (2nd Year) qualified till the finals of the same. Shashank Mishra (2nd Year) participated at in Cross Swords, a conventional debate competition and bagged the third position. In the group discussion as well as SpellBee, Rajesh Jha (2nd Year) qualified till the finals.
Teams comprising of Rajesh Jha (2nd Year) and Omvir Singh (2nd Year) as well as Shashank Mishra (2nd Year) and Advitya Sambyal (2nd Year) qualified till the finals of Chakravyuh, India quiz.
In the Word-ict Quiz, teams comprising of Shashank Mishra (2nd Year) and Advitya Sambyal (2nd Year), Rajesh Jha (2nd Year) and Shantanu Singh (2nd Year) as well as Omvir Singh (2nd Year) and Vikram (2nd Year) went on till the finals as well.
Out of 30 teams, Shashank Mishra (2nd Year) and Shantanu Singh (2nd Year) went on to qualify till the finals of the Logo Quiz with the highest scores.
