Earlier this month, HDFC Ergo, which deals with general insurance and is India’s third largest Insurance company, had come to college for the purpose of recruitment.
The selection process consisted of two major stages. The first one was a written test consisting of 30 marks. A total of 32 students appeared for this, out of which 15 were shortlisted. Then individual interviews were conducted where each student was interviewed extensively for about twenty minutes. Questions based on law and human resources former a major part of the interviews. Following the interview, Rishika Agarwal, Mohini Singla and Ayushman Kacker were officially selected.
