Shweta Nair (Batch of 2022) has been selected for the Teach for India Fellowship cohort of 2022-24.
The selection process consists of three stages. Stage 01 consists of the application form and an online test, followed by Stage 02 where a phone interview happens. After clearing these two stages comes the final stage which happens at an Assessment Centre. At the Assistant Centre selected candidates are required to participate in various group and teaching activities.
Shweta’s placement city is Chennai and they’ll be starting their fellowship in June 2022. After a brief training period they’ll be assigned a school where they will be teaching children for 2 years.
