Garima Bhadoria (Class of 2021) has been placed as an executive trainee at Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company and will soon join the New Delhi office. The recruitment was a part of the company’s Nationwide Recruitment Drive. The drive saw the participation of budding lawyers from over 20 to 25 law schools across the country. The process spanning over 2.5 months was followed, leading up to the recruitment of the final candidates.
The recruitment drive was divided into the following two stages. In the 1st stage, the candidates were asked to submit their C.V. and a Statement of Purpose. In the next stage, the short-listed candidates had a One-on-One personal interview, where each candidate was interviewed for approximately 25 minutes. The interview was an intense technical interview involving multiple rounds of questions from various fields of law. At the end of the interviews, only a handful of candidates were selected from the many interviewees from colleges across the country.
