A few in this world understand the importance of hard work; those who do become icons. For the students of AIL now, one icon is Jyoti Pandey, who has successfully secured a placement at ICICI through the campus placement drive.
The placement process involved 3 rounds.
First was CV shortlisting, then a Group Discussion and finally, the personal interview round. The questions asked in the personal interview were mostly HR based. The interviewers also asked her questions from her CV, legal questions and some situation-based questions.
When asked for suggestions for her juniors, Jyoti had some expedient ones, “You should know what you have written in your CV thoroughly. Also just prepare yourselves for some standard HR questions. For eg: Why do you want to work for this organisation? Where do you see yourself in 5 years? Your strengths and weaknesses etc. And just look confident.”
