To formally commence any event, the blessing of Goddess Saraswati is of utmost importance and this was portrayed through a mesmerizing performance of the Saraswati Vandana by Shreoshi Sahu from the 1st year. To make the show even more engaging, a Shabad from the Guru Granth Sahib was performed by Bhavika Mehta from the 2nd year who instantly grabbed the audience’s attention with her beautiful voice.
The event then moved on to an energetic and hyped-up dance performance by a group of students. The music ranged from the 50s to 2020s, creating an excellent and attractive performance that had the audience cheering on the dancers. It was followed by an exceptional and flawless acapella performance by the choir who sang a medley of different songs. This was immediately followed by a beautiful dance performance on “Dholida” by Aastha Bansal from the 1st year. The cultural event ended on a very high note with the last performance of Bhangra by an all-girls dance crew. The performance was flawless and energetic which had the entire audience’s eyes glued to the stage till the very last second. With cheers and rounds of applause for all the performers roaring in the MP Hall, the cultural event came to an end.
This year’s Felicitation Ceremony was special as students were being awarded for their excellence and achievements gained over the past two years.
