Team comprising of Samridhi Seth (4th Year), Ranjul Malik (2nd Year) and Moromi Mudgal (4th Year) have been adjudged as winners for the 13th NLUJ Antitrust National Moot Court Competition, 2021-22 and have won cash prize of Rs. 45,000. Withal, Ranjul Malik (2012) also bagged the Best Advocate Award of the Finals which has a cash prize of Rs. 5000/-.
The Competition was held from March 11 to March 13, 2022, and was conducted in partnership with Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas and knowledge partners, SCC Online and Eastern Book Company, under the auspices of the Competition Commission of India. The proposal was founded on competition law. The Competition has long been noted for its high-quality debate and judgement. This year’s competition is greater than ever, with 37 teams from some of the country’s most respected legal schools taking part.
