The same is a boutique law firm which specializes in Venture Capital & Private Equity Transactions and is usually ranked amongst the top 10 firms working in this field by Venture Intelligence League Tables and AsiaLaw rankings.
The selection procedure was rigorous and the interview primarily circled around questions from contracts law, companies law, taxation law, private equity, HR and personal and CV based questions. He got placed through the college placement cell and will be joining the Mumbai office soon.
