Ms. Disha Dhankhar (Class of 2021) got placed at the Eastern Book Company (EBC) and will join them as a Legal Editor.
The placement cell recruitment drive involved a two-stage interview process. The first round of interviews was taken by a panel of three, including the Human Resources Manager of EBC. At this stage, the panel tested the interest of the interviewees in the Company and their legal acumen through questions, related to Constitutional Law, particularly fundamental rights. After the first round, 6 students were shortlisted. They had an interview with Mr. Sumeet Malik, the Director of EBC. The interview started off with, intending to know more about the interviewees. It was followed by a few more questions on law. Post the interview process, Ms. Disha was informed of her selection. She will be joining the Company after her exams, tentatively in August.
