From the fresh batch of 2025, a negotiation team comprising Malika Bhola and Aditya Patwal were adjudged as Runner ups in the Madhyastham UPES ADR Fest 2021 edition, hosted by the ADR Association at the UPES School of Law.
Along with this feat, the pair were also awarded the “Best Opening Statement” in the competition.
The duo competed against 32 negotiation teams coming from a multitude of law colleges in the country. The fest, which took place from 25th to 28th February 2021. Along with the 1st National Negotiation Competition, the fest also hosted
- The 3rd National Mediation Competition
- The 1st National Arbitral Award Writing Competition
The venture was carefully set up to commemorate the momentum that Alternative Dispute Resolution has gained rapidly in the Indian as well as international legal community.
With the ADR Fest, the UPES School of Law aimed to highlight all the different aspects of ADR and the benefits they may serve to expedite reforms in the field of law and justice.
