A practicing advocate at the HC, who has about 6 years of practice and requires 1 intern to assist him with research work. He does all kinds of work, but has more Writs and criminal matters as of the present. He is also part of the “Creative Cinema Circle Chandigarh” which recently hosted the Film Festival where “Court” (India’s official entry to Oscars this year) was showcased.
He needs an intern to assist him on a couple of PILs apart from his other matters. One of those PIL matters (suo motu taken up by the court) involves a constitutional question, i.e. the court has to be assisted on incorporating the right to walk (as in walking on footpaths) into Article 21.
