Bhavna Harsha (Class of 2022) participated in the WeCare Fellowship National Essay Competition on Environment 2020 and won the Eco thinker award.
The participants were required to write an essay expressing their views on environmental issues. The theme of the essay competition was Waste Management. Out of the 13000 submissions received, 100 were shortlisted and the top 14 were published on The Hyphen.
Along with the award and publication, she received a cash prize worth rupees 2000 and an opportunity to intern with the organisers. She also gets a chance to pursue an online creative writing course.
