Aishwarya Sethi (Class of 2022) will be joining Bharucha & Partners as a Knowledge Manager. Their Recruitment Drive, which saw participation from law schools across the country, consisted of a meticulous process in which candidates were screened and shortlisted at the end of every stage.
In the 1st stage, the candidates were asked to submit their Statement of Purpose along with their C.V. and a 3-minutes long video response on both these topics—
(a) What do you understand by knowledge management and what makes you a good candidate for the role?
(b) What do you think is more important- form or substance?
The next stage consisted of subjective written tests- based on the candidate’s legal knowledge and employability. The final stage was a one-on-one personal interview with the Managing Associate in which personality- based questions and interest area centric questions were asked.
