In the fag end of the month of October, 2017 the sports fanatics of AIL have something to rejoice about – AIL’s Annual Sports Meet. Spanning over a period of three days from the 24th to 26th of October 2017, the sports meet set the college abuzz with activity. Student volunteers helped put up posters and banners around the campus, the participants spiritedly prepared for their events and the non-participants cheered their batch mates during matches.
Keeping up with the tradition of having signature batch names, the students came up with some quirky names – First year christened themselves as the ‘Boss Babies’, Second year decided upon ‘Nagar Palika Wale’, Third Year titled themselves ‘Satya ke aadmi, aag lage denge!’, Fourth Year selected the name ‘Silent Spartans’ and the Fifth year chose ‘Pushkin and Friends’.
